Level 1: Strategic Lean Implementation – Project Management
We will project manage the identification, justification, scoping and implementation of all lean projects within the business and coach, mentor and train employees to ensure a culture of continuous improvement is embedded in the organisation.
We will collaboratively identify short (1–2 weeks), medium (1-2 months) and long term (6–12 months) improvement projects to run simultaneously, ensuring incremental improvements become part of the culture of the organisation, with the underlying objective that we leave a sustainable programme that continues once our engagement is complete.
Level 2: Value Stream Mapping
We will undertake a thorough review of existing processes within your business, producing a value stream map in order to identify the value and non-value adding elements. We will produce a strategic implementation plan identifying short term and long term projects for your ongoing continuous improvement.
Level 3: Project Identification
We will work with process leaders to perform a high level assessment and GAP analysis identifying areas of concern and providing consultative support throughout the definition and implementation stages.
